The Building & Amenities



Make a freshly brewed coffee part of your morning routine at the high-end café on the ground floor.



A dedicated concierge is on site from Monday - Friday (7am - 8pm) and Saturday (7am - 4pm). The building is secure at all other times. Access to the building, car parks and lifts is fob-activated, with video entry control for any visitors.

Roof Garden


The 12th floor roof terrace is accessible to every resident at The View. The panoramic vistas overlooking Battersea Park and the iconic London skyline are truly extraordinary.

Car parking is available.



Each resident will receive 2 years Car Club Membership, 2 years London Cycle Hire Scheme Membership and 2 years of Black Cab rides*

The Architect

Jo Cowen Architects have a reputation for bringing both a personal touch and a wealth of experience to each and every project. What makes their practice different is the way they approach their clients. They view every project as a joint venture and see their role as deploying their expertise and skill to realise a clients’ vision.

The Interior Designer

Amelia McNeil Interior Design was founded in 2011 and has completed a wide range of exciting commercial and residential projects throughout London and the surrounding areas. Prior to launching her own studio, Amelia trained at KLC School of Design before beginning a four year tenure at London-based MGID design studio.

Amelia’s vision for The View: “On this project we were inspired by the spectacular views. Our palette of teal, natural oak floors, bronze and a touch of brass was chosen with the proximity of Battersea Park in mind”.
