The slipped massing of the planform allows each apartment to benefit from dual aspect living spaces, each therefore benefiting from maximised natural lighting with a spectacular outlook.

The building façade comprises a unique two-storey arrangement with a delicate mix of stunning high quality materials:

Glass fins are laced with a delicate wire mesh interlayer, which shimmers in natural light and affords privacy to each and every apartment;

Bronze anodized aluminium panelling complements the glass fins offering contrast and definition;

Linear bricks are angled back towards the building façade, adding an elegant verticality to the double storey façade;

Pristine white slender concrete piers accentuate this well-proportioned tall building, creating a landmark building in both design quality and materiality.
